Registration opens for Spring 2020 classes

Ministry Training Institute is pleased to announce the following classes for the Spring 2020 semester:

NT 102 – Survey of the New Testament (Section 1) with Dr. Michael Walker on Tuesdays at Carlisle First Church of God.

NT 102 – Survey of the New Testament (Section 2) with Lew Button on Tuesdays at Martinsburg.

CM 104 – Counseling Ministries of the Church with Roger Scheuing on Tuesdays at Providence Church.

ME 111 – Spiritual Formation with Linda Rosenberry on Thursdays at Carlisle First Church of God.

ME 100 – Teaching in the Church with Brian Warner on Thursdays at Providence Church.

CM 103 – Homiletics on Thursdays at Martinsburg.

We’re excited to announce that we are now taking registration online at https://mti.churchcenter.com/registrations/events. We’re working on being able to accept online payment, but, for now, those who register for classes will need to send a check to the MTI office at 2230 Grand Point, Chambersburg, PA 17202.

News & Praise: November 8

Every once in a while,  we’ll post a few notes of news and praise about what is happening at MTI.

• Don’t forget that registration is underway for the winter/spring semester. MTI is offering Old Testament Foundations: Wisdom Literature and the Prophets (OT 102) with Professor Anthony Zumbo and Ministry to Children and Youth (ME 109/CM 205) with Diane Hakes on Tuesday evenings. Discipleship and Spiritual Formation (CM 102) and Here We Stand: The Churches of God and Contemporary Social Issues (ME105/CM207), taught by Pastor Ed Rosenberry, will be offered on Thursday evenings.

Make sure to register early because the locations for the classes will be determine based on the registrations received by Dec. 1. For more information on the classes, check out this post.

• Representatives of MTI are available to speak to your church council, Bible study, small group, or ministry meeting about our purpose and offerings. Send us an email for more information.

• Join MTI in praising the Lord for a recent gift of $6,000. So many will benefit from this gift and the others that are coming and/or being considered. Praise the Lord!
