Fall 2019 Registration Form

Use this form to register for classes with the Ministry Training Institute’s Summer 2019 session, or print out the paper form. Paper registrations may be emailed to info@ercministrytraining.com, or mailed to MTI.

Please return registrations at least 30 days before the first class. The fee for credit courses is $150, and the fee for audited courses is $100. Checks should be made payable to the ERC.
